Mice

A mouse service includes two visits to your home. On the initial service we perform a full inspection of the home including the garage, basement, attics, and exterior. The point of this inspection is to determine where activity is present and create a personalized treatment strategy for the home.

We then perform a follow-up service about a week later; monitoring bait and/or traps we left in active areas and sealing areas where points of entry are determined. At the customer’s request we can leave bait placements in the attic, basement, or garage of a home to deter future entry and activity.

Rats

Rats are most commonly solitary invaders who make homes in the basements and sometimes ground floors of your home. Often time they enter from sewers or crawlspaces gradually working their way further and further into the home in search of food sources.

Rat treatments include two services. The first is an inspection and setting of traps where activity is most commonly encountered. Then we follow-up 1-3 days later to remove the traps, rat(s), and sealing necessary entry points into the home.
