Maintenance & Prevention

If interested in Maintenance and Prevention we offer a special service plan that allows for a pest free environment 365 day of the year. Quarterly Services are done normally three times a year between 10 and 12 weeks apart with an optional winter service.

Each of the three mandatory services is similar with different focuses depending on the season and the problems your home is prone to encounter. We treat the full exterior of the home which includes the foundation, siding, eaves, overhangs, and any harborage areas. We also treat any exterior structures such as play sets, sheds and garages. The interior service is included, although it is not always necessary to treat inside the home.

The Spring Prevention Service is the first service of the year and focuses on the prevention of bees, wasps, spiders, carpenter ants, silver fish and general crawling insects from entering or nesting on or inside the home.

The Summer Maintenance Service is designed to maintain a pest free environment, focusing on stinging and crawling insects.

The Fall Maintenance Service provides maintenance and prevention from insects and mice from overwintering inside your home.

The optional Winter Service is for the control of mice and general insects active throughout the winter months.
